1 tsp turbinado or brown sugar
2 tbsp pomegranate juice
6 oz champagne or sparkling wine
garnish with pomegranate seeds
1. spoon the sugar into a champagne flute or tall glass. 2. pour in pomegranate juice and top with sparkling wine (bonus points if purchased at a shop with a vintage car parked among the bottles). 3. garnish with pomegranate seeds if desired.
